REAL Construction Group. has successfully completed a series of complex construction projects at DFW Airport, showcasing our extensive expertise and capability in delivering high-quality installations and upgrades under demanding conditions. These achievements demonstrate our ability to manage and complete complex projects in a highly regulated airport environment, ensuring operational continuity and safety.
RCG has begun construction of the new headquarters of Real Network Services and U.S Products in Irving, TX. The project will include a two-story office building and a separate commercial storefront. It is projected to be finished December 2026.
This project transforms the former Code 3 Emergency Room and Urgent Care facility into a modern, multi‑purpose space that supports both employee wellness and organizational needs. The renovated building will expand the services and capacity of DFW’s commercial needs while also introducing flexible meeting areas for DFW Airport Board–sponsored programs and activities. The renovation scope includes comprehensive architectural and engineering upgrades—mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life‑safety systems—along with the installation of a new single‑ply roofing system. Interior improvements include new wall construction and reconfigured layouts, while exterior work involves targeted re‑grading and sealing to enhance long‑term performance and accessibility.
The Esperanza Community Center at Dobie is redeveloping the former RISD Dobie Pre-Kindergarten School into a modern, multi-service hub for community support. Since beginning work in June 2025, RCG has completed Phases 1 and 2, delivering fully operational spaces now serving the community, including WIC, Metrocare, HHS, the RISD Family Literacy Center, and after-school programs. When complete, the center will also include additional Dallas County services, Parkland, Dallas College, senior services, child care, AgriLife, and other non-profit partners, creating a one-stop resource for the community.
This project involves the installation of new backup generators to ensure critical facilities remain operational during power outages. The generators automatically activate and safely transfer electrical loads when normal utility power is lost. The scope of work also includes construction of concrete equipment pads, installation of underground conduits, protective fencing, and select masonry walls for added security. Overall, the improvements enhance system reliability and reduce downtime during power interruptions.
The East Side Plant rehabilitation project at DFW Airport addressed critical ground settlement issues to protect essential infrastructure and utilities. By stabilizing soil conditions, improving drainage and underdrain systems, and reinforcing structural support, the project prevented potential utility failures, operational disruptions, and safety risks. These improvements ensure the long-term integrity and reliability of the ESP facility, supporting uninterrupted airport operations while safeguarding valuable infrastructure assets. The result is enhanced operational efficiency, reduced risk of costly emergencies, and continued commitment to safety and performance.
